Creates section 390.305, F.S. to exempt physician abortion reports filed with the Department of Health from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and Article I, section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Permits the Department of Health to release physician abortion reports only to the Attorney General or state attorney conducting a criminal investigation under section 390.301(6) or (7)(b), or pursuant to a court order in an action brought under section 390.301(7).

Applies retroactively to all physician abortion reports filed on or before, on, or after January 1, 2018.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment by October 2, 2022 to prevent automatic repeal.

States that the exemption is necessary to protect the privacy of women's health decisions and prevent unwarranted damage to individuals' privacy rights and reputation.
