Authorizes the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to share driver license photographs and digital images with the Department of Economic Opportunity through an interagency agreement.

Permits use of shared driver license images to validate reemployment assistance claims and identify fraudulent or false reemployment assistance applications.

Exempts these reproductions from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statute 119.07(1).

Adds this new disclosure purpose as paragraph (k) to existing reasons the department may issue license reproductions, redesignating previous paragraphs (k), (l), and (m) as (l), (m), and (n).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
