Schedules Mitragynine and 7-Hydroxymitragynine (constituents of Kratom) as Schedule I controlled substances, along with their isomers, esters, ethers, and salts, with exceptions for FDA-approved drug products.

Establishes a first-degree misdemeanor penalty for selling, delivering, manufacturing, or possessing with intent to distribute these Kratom constituents, punishable under sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Reenacts multiple Florida Statutes sections to incorporate the new controlled substance scheduling into existing drug law references across child protection, DUI, drug-free workplace, pain management clinic, and criminal offense provisions.
