Defines "advanced well stimulation treatment" as injecting fluids into rock formations at or above fracture gradient pressure (hydraulic or acid fracturing) or below fracture gradient pressure (matrix acidizing) to increase oil or gas well production.

Excludes routine well cleanout, well maintenance, removal of drilling or production-related formation damage, and acidizing to maintain natural formation permeability from the definition.

Prohibits the performance of advanced well stimulation treatments in Florida.

Clarifies that permits for drilling or operating a well do not authorize advanced well stimulation treatments.

Applies only to wells regulated under chapter 377 of Florida Statutes.
