Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of adults who successfully complete civil citation or prearrest diversion programs, effective upon SB 448 becoming law.

Exemption does not apply to adults who fail to complete the diversion program; applies to information held by law enforcement agencies, program providers, clerk of court, or program operators.

Exemption is subject to sunset review and repeals October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Expands existing public records exemption under section 943.059 to include criminal history records administratively sealed under section 943.0586 for cases not filed, dismissed, or resulting in acquittal, effective July 1, 2018 if SB 118 becomes law.

The expansion of the criminal records exemption is subject to sunset review and repeals October 2, 2023, unless the Legislature reenacts it.
