Creates an interagency workgroup to share information on natural hazards, coordinate state agency efforts, and collaborate on statewide initiatives addressing impacts of extreme heat, drought, wildfire, sea-level change, flooding, and storm surge.

Requires each executive branch agency, water management district, and the Florida Public Service Commission to designate a liaison to the workgroup, with the Division of Emergency Management director serving as coordinator.

Mandates quarterly workgroup meetings to share information, leverage resources, and coordinate efforts related to natural hazard mitigation and response.

Requires the Division of Emergency Management to prepare an annual progress report assessing the relevance and significance of agency efforts to address natural hazards and strategizing ongoing mitigation priorities.

Requires each agency liaison to post the annual report on their agency's website and submit the report to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2019, and annually thereafter.
