Establishes a minimum age requirement of 50 years for appointment to the Florida Supreme Court or district courts of appeal.

Imposes term limits of two consecutive full terms for Supreme Court justices and three consecutive full terms for district court of appeal judges.

Requires candidates for Supreme Court justice to have served as a judge for at least one year prior to appointment.

Applies the new eligibility requirements and term limits to justices and judges already serving in office as of January 1, 2019, the effective date of the amendment.

Requires submission of the amendment to Florida voters for approval at the next general election or earlier special election.
