Omnibus cleanup bill amending 42 Florida Statutes sections to delete expired, obsolete, or superseded provisions and correct cross-references, citations, and grammatical errors

Repeals subsection (16) of section 215.555 relating to temporary hurricane catastrophe fund coverage limits applicable only to 2007-2013 hurricane seasons

Corrects erroneous or outdated statutory cross-references throughout the Code, including references to s. 97.012(15), s. 120.56(4)(f), and various provisions in s. 316.003 due to statutory renumbering

Deletes obsolete language including provisions requiring reports that have already been completed, references to repealed entities like committees of continuous existence, and conditions that have served their purpose

Corrects apparent errors including references to non-existent "Federal Drug Administration" (should be "Food and Drug Administration") and inaccurate statutory citations regarding prescription drug definitions and mental health treatment procedures
