Deletes expired language from section 20.435 regarding Medical Quality Assurance Trust Fund uses for fiscal year 2015-2016 that expired July 1, 2016

Amends cross-references in 8 statutes (sections 213.053, 220.192, 322.21, 377.703, 409.91195, 409.91196, 409.962, 641.19, and 641.386) to conform to repealed provisions and correct subsection numbering

Updates definitions in section 220.192 to reference renewable energy tax provisions in the 2016 Florida Statutes after repeal of section 212.08(7)(hhh)

Takes effect 60 days after the Legislature adjourns sine die
