Prohibits criminal justice agencies from electronically publishing arrest booking photographs of individuals charged with, but not yet convicted of, criminal offenses.

Defines "arrest booking photograph" as a photograph taken during the arrest and booking process to record an arrestee's image.

Allows exceptions to the publishing prohibition for sharing photographs with governmental entities, third-party criminal justice service providers, and for public safety purposes when approved by a sheriff or police chief.

Does not restrict public access to arrest booking photographs under Florida's public records law (s. 119.07).

Takes effect October 1, 2017.
