Exempts electronic mail addresses and Internet identifiers of registered sexual predators and sexual offenders from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statute 119.071 and the Florida Constitution.

Applies retroactively to records held before, on, or after the effective date of the act.

Allows law enforcement to confirm to the public whether a specific electronic mail address or Internet identifier is registered in the Department of Law Enforcement sexual offender and sexual predator registry without disclosing associated personal identifying information.

Sunsets on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect contingently upon the same date that SB 684 or similar legislation becomes law during the same legislative session or extension thereof.
