Expands grounds for issuing search warrants to include blood as evidence in misdemeanor driving under the influence cases.

Clarifies that rights and privileges under s. 316.1932 do not prevent issuance of a search warrant for blood in DUI cases, treating it as an additional evidence-gathering method beyond breath, urine, or blood testing required under existing law.

Restricts search warrants for blood in misdemeanor DUI offenses to situations where a refusal to submit to testing under s. 316.1932 has already occurred.

Makes technical corrections to s. 933.02 including updating verb tenses and restructuring subsection (4) for clarity.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
