Prohibits possession of separated shark fins in Florida waters or landing them in the state, unless authorized by commission rule or the fins are taxidermied and for display purposes.

Defines "shark" to include seven orders of shark species and "separated fin" as a fin not naturally attached to the shark body through uncut skin.

First violation results in a second-degree misdemeanor, $4,500 administrative fine, and 180-day suspension of all fishing license privileges.

Second violation results in a second-degree misdemeanor, $9,500 administrative fine, and 365-day license suspension.

Third and subsequent violations result in a first-degree misdemeanor, $9,500 administrative fine, and permanent revocation of all fishing license privileges; persons with suspended or revoked licenses cannot take saltwater products, be aboard commercial fishing vessels, or engage in licensed activities.
