Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to collect retail price data on the 300 most frequently prescribed medicines from state-licensed pharmacies, increased from 100 medicines.

Mandates the agency update its website monthly with drug price information, changed from quarterly updates.

Requires price data to be reported for both generic and equivalent brand-name drugs for a 30-day supply at standard dose.

Data must be organized and displayed by individual pharmacy, metropolitan statistical area, and region.

Removes the requirement that this be treated as a special study and eliminates the October 1, 2006 deadline previously specified in statute.
