Revises financial disclosure requirements for Florida Prepaid College Board members who are not otherwise required to file disclosures under the state constitution, requiring them to file a statement of financial interests pursuant to s. 112.3145 instead of a full public disclosure.

Extends the repeal date of the direct-support organization for the Florida Prepaid College Board from October 1, 2017 to October 1, 2022.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
