Repeals section 843.085 prohibiting unauthorized wearing or displaying of criminal justice agency badges and indicia of authority, and prohibiting ownership or operation of vehicles marked with such indicia.

Repeals section 918.19 governing prosecuting attorney closing arguments and rebuttals in criminal prosecutions.

Repeals sections 922.095, 922.108, and 924.051 relating to death penalty collateral remedies, method of execution specifications, and strict enforcement of direct appeals and collateral review procedures.

Deletes legislative intent that the Supreme Court adopt rules for DNA testing inquiries prior to plea acceptance in criminal cases.

Eliminates requirements for the Department of Corrections to develop uniform supervision forms, removes authority to impose extended sanctions upon probation/community control revocation, and deletes provisions authorizing urinalysis testing costs and payment plan requirements for offenders under supervision.
