Authorizes malt beverage distributors to give or sell branded single-service glassware to vendors licensed for on-premises consumption.

Limits distributor gifts to 5 cases per brand, per licensed premises, per calendar year, with each case containing up to 24 pieces of glassware.

Prohibits vendors from selling single-service glassware received from distributors or returning it to the distributor for cash or credit.

Modifies existing rules on expendable retailer advertising specialties to specifically reference "glassware" and clarify malt beverage terminology.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
