Establishes an annual use fee of $25 for a Florida State Beekeepers Association specialty license plate

Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop the license plate bearing "Florida" at the top and "Save the Bees" at the bottom

Allows the Florida State Beekeepers Association to use up to 18 percent of annual fees for administrative costs, startup costs, and promotion and marketing of the plate

Directs remaining funds to the Florida State Beekeepers Association for honeybee research, education, outreach, and husbandry programs

Takes effect October 1, 2017
