Increases the annual gross sales limit for cottage food operations exempt from food and building permitting requirements from $15,000 to $50,000.

Allows cottage food products to be advertised, sold, and paid for over the Internet.

Requires cottage food products sold online to be delivered in person directly to the consumer or to a specific event venue.

Prohibits sales by mail order or wholesale for cottage food products.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
