Creates section 501.938 of Florida Statutes to regulate professional titles and certifications for dangerous goods and hazardous materials professionals in Florida.

Requires persons using the titles "certified dangerous goods professional," "certified hazardous materials manager," or "certified hazardous materials practitioner" (or abbreviations CDGP, CHMM, CHMP) to hold valid certificates from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management or equivalent institution.

Prohibits unauthorized use of certification marks awarded by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and requires accurate disclosure of credentials by anyone representing themselves with these professional titles.

Defines the three certification categories: CDGP for expertise in transporting and securing dangerous goods; CHMM for identifying and managing hazardous materials risks; CHMP for handling hazardous materials in environmental protection, emergency response, transportation, and security.

Establishes that violations of these requirements constitute deceptive and unfair trade practices under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, effective July 1, 2017.
