Amends the definition of "rape crisis center" to require certification by, or being in the process of certification by, the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence.

Modifies the definition of "trained volunteer" to specify that the required 30 hours of training must be as required by the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence, rather than training provided directly by the rape crisis center.

Applies to section 90.5035, Florida Statutes, which governs the sexual assault counselor-victim privilege.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
