OPPAGA shall conduct a study on presentencing information provided to judges in Florida and the methods by which it is currently delivered.

The study must examine alternative approaches to providing presentencing information, including Missouri's searchable electronic database model and features of other states' systems.

The Department of Corrections and Office of the State Courts Administrator must assist OPPAGA upon request by providing necessary information for the study.

OPPAGA shall submit its report containing findings on advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of adopting alternative models to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House by October 1, 2017.
