Creates new statute 817.362 establishing separate regulations for resale of theme park complex tickets (defined as entertainment/resort complexes under s. 561.01(18))

Prohibits reselling theme park complex tickets for more than $1 above the original admission price, with exemption for persons or entities expressly authorized in writing by the original ticket seller or its affiliate

Requires sales taxes on theme park ticket resales to be remitted to the Department of Revenue in accordance with s. 212.04

Establishes civil penalties of treble damages for knowingly violating resale price limits or intentionally using software to circumvent ticket seller security measures on ticketing websites

Excludes theme park complex tickets from existing ticket resale regulations in s. 817.36, effective July 1, 2017
