Amends Florida Statute 790.115 to allow concealed weapon and concealed firearm licensees to carry on private school property under specific circumstances.

Permits licensed individuals to carry concealed weapons or firearms on private school property during nonschool hours or during activities not sanctioned by the school.

Applies only to private school property where a religious institution, as defined in section 775.0861, is located.

Exempts law enforcement officers as defined in section 943.10 from weapons prohibition laws at schools.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
