Creates section 486.114, F.S. to exempt a physical therapist's personal identifying information (excluding name, licensure status, and licensure number) from public records requirements when obtained from the coordinated licensure information system under the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact.

Permits disclosure of the exempted personal identifying information only if the originating state authorizes and allows such disclosure by law.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Physical Therapy Compact Commission where federally or state-law protected matters are discussed from public meeting requirements.

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed portions of Physical Therapy Compact Commission meetings from public records disclosure requirements.

Establishes a sunset provision requiring the exemptions to be reviewed and reenacted by October 2, 2022, to remain in effect under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
