Prohibits the entry into or renewal of any contracts under chapter 957, Florida Statutes (correctional privatization) effective upon the bill becoming law.

Requires all inmates housed under expiring privatization contracts to be returned to the custody of the Department of Corrections.

Repeals chapter 957, Florida Statutes upon expiration of all existing privatization contracts in effect on the bill's effective date.

Directs the Division of Law Revision and Information to prepare a reviser's bill to conform Florida Statutes to these repeals, to be presented during the first regular legislative session following the repeals.
