Directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to include hospitals meeting criteria for acute stroke ready centers on a statewide list of stroke centers, in addition to primary and comprehensive stroke centers.

Requires the department to contract with a private entity to establish and maintain a statewide stroke registry, subject to appropriation, to collect and monitor stroke performance measures from all certified stroke centers.

Mandates all acute stroke ready centers, primary stroke centers, and comprehensive stroke centers to regularly report nationally recognized stroke performance measures to the statewide registry using a nationally recognized data collection platform.

Provides liability immunity for stroke centers that report information to the statewide stroke registry.

Removes obsolete dates from emergency medical services provider requirements and updates the annual notification list to include acute stroke ready centers.
