Creates s. 810.098, F.S. to establish criminal penalties for trespassing on school buses, defining "school bus" according to s. 1006.25(1).

Makes it a second-degree misdemeanor for any person to board, enter, or remain on a school bus without authorization, license, or invitation, or if the person is a currently suspended or expelled student.

Makes it a first-degree misdemeanor to board or enter a school bus after being directed not to by a bus operator or school official, to intentionally stop or delay a bus during operation, or to intentionally damage or destroy a school bus.

Authorizes law enforcement officers to arrest without warrant any person they have probable cause to believe committed trespass upon a school bus, whether on or off the bus.

Provides immunity from criminal or civil liability for law enforcement officers who make such arrests for false arrest, false imprisonment, or unlawful detention, effective October 1, 2017.
