Expands public records exemption to include all information in videotaped statements of minors who are victims of sexual battery, lewd acts, or sexual misconduct under specified statutes, protecting identity and personal details.

Adds statutes s. 847.003 and s. 847.0137 to the list of covered offenses while removing s. 827.071 from the exemption.

Prohibits public employees or officers from willfully disclosing videotaped information revealing a minor victim's identity, except to persons assisting in investigation, prosecution, or the defendant and their attorney, with violations constituting a first-degree misdemeanor.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2022, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Establishes that protection of minor sex crime victims' privacy and prevention of revictimization constitute public necessity for the confidentiality exemption.
