Requires landlords, condominium associations, cooperative associations, and homeowners' associations to process rental applications from servicemembers' spouses and adult dependents within the same 7-day timeframe as the servicemember's application.

Directs the Department of Veterans' Affairs to create a website to streamline the procedure for businesses applying for veteran business enterprise certification.

Authorizes the Florida Supreme Court to admit spouses of servicemembers stationed in Florida as attorneys on motion if they meet specified requirements, including holding a law degree from an ABA-accredited school and being licensed to practice law in another jurisdiction.

Requires the Department of Education to expedite educator certification applications from servicemembers' spouses from 90 calendar days to 60 calendar days and authorizes the State Board of Education to extend temporary teaching certificates for spouses of stationed servicemembers.

Establishes legislative intent for the State Board of Education and Board of Governors of the State University System to collaborate on aligning degree programs with military training, appointing veteran liaisons, providing disability services outreach, and offering priority course registration for veterans.
