Creates the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund within the Department of Corrections, effective July 1, 2017

Authorizes the department to deposit receipts and revenues from federal criminal, administrative, or forfeiture proceedings and federal asset-sharing programs into the trust fund to support law enforcement activities

Allows fund balances to carry over to the following fiscal year and exempts the trust fund from service charges imposed under section 215.20

Requires the trust fund to be reviewed and automatically terminates on July 1, 2021, unless terminated sooner
