Increases daily compensation for jurors not regularly employed from $15 to $64.80 per day for the first 10 days of service (previously 3 days)

Increases daily compensation from $30 to $97.20 per day for jurors serving more than 10 days (previously more than 3 days)

Implements automatic annual increases in juror compensation beginning January 1, 2018, adjusted annually based on the inflation rate determined under section 448.110(4)

Requires circuit court clerks to certify monthly to the Chief Financial Officer the funds expended for juror compensation and related costs, beginning October 1, 2017

Directs the Chief Financial Officer to verify and distribute funds from the General Revenue Fund to cover certified juror compensation expenses within 10 days of receipt
