Limits reimbursable lodging expenses for state agency and judicial branch employees attending meetings, conferences, or conventions organized or sponsored by a state agency or the judicial branch to $150 per day, with employees able to pay excess costs from personal funds.

Prohibits the use of state funds to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Prohibits the use of state funds to purchase food or beverages for state agency employee, board member, or vendor appreciation or recognition events.

Maintains existing prohibition on using state funds for holiday greeting cards.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
