Creates Chapter 762, Florida Statutes, titled the "Florida Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act" or "Florida FACE Act" to protect reproductive health services clients, providers, and assistants.

Prohibits intentionally injuring, intimidating, or interfering with reproductive health services clients, providers, or assistants through force, threat of force, or physical obstruction.

Establishes criminal penalties of up to 6 months jail and $2,000 fine for first nonviolent physical obstruction violations; up to 1 year jail and $25,000 fine for violent or property damage violations; with enhanced penalties for second or subsequent offenses.

Authorizes civil actions by aggrieved parties for injunctive relief, compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees, with statutory damages of $1,000 for nonviolent violations and $5,000 for other violations.

Allows the Attorney General, state attorney, or city attorney to pursue civil actions with penalties up to $2,000 for first nonviolent violations and $15,000 for other first violations; and authorizes courts to issue restraining orders, restrict photography, and allow use of pseudonyms to protect safety and privacy.
