Designates April 4, 2017, as "Florida Trauma Day" in recognition of trauma care excellence in the state.

Commends trauma teams at Orlando Regional Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Broward Health Medical Center for their responses to mass casualty shooting incidents in June 2016, July 2016, and January 2017 respectively.

Recognizes Orlando Regional Medical Center's Level I Trauma Center for saving 35 lives during the June 12, 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting and serving as a national model for mass casualty disaster planning.

Acknowledges Lee Memorial Hospital's Level II Trauma Center for saving 18 lives at Club Blu in Fort Myers on July 25, 2016, and Broward Health Medical Center's Level I Trauma Center for saving 54 lives at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on January 6, 2017.

Recognizes Orlando Health for promoting mass casualty incident readiness and preparedness throughout Florida and nationwide.
