Acknowledges the Delores Barr Weaver Policy Center, a nonprofit established in 2013 that focuses on advancing rights of girls and young women in the justice system.

Notes the center's achievements including a 67 percent decrease in girls incarcerated in Duval County and a 48 percent decrease on the First Coast since its founding.

Urges all Floridians to support girls and young women at risk for involvement in the justice system on this designated day.
