Resolves collective bargaining impasses for the 2017-2018 fiscal year between the State of Florida and nine certified state employee bargaining units by maintaining the status quo under current collective bargaining agreement language.

Addresses specific articles in dispute for Federation of Physicians and Dentists units (SES Supervisory, State Employees Attorneys Guild, and SES Physicians Unit) regarding classification and pay plans.

Addresses specific articles in dispute for Florida State Fire Service Association regarding reassignment, promotion, hours of work, and overtime.

Addresses specific articles in dispute for four Police Benevolent Association units (Security Services, Law Enforcement, Florida Highway Patrol, and Special Agent) regarding leave, hours of work, and overtime provisions.

Addresses specific articles in dispute for American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Florida Council 79 regarding leaves of absence, hours of work, and disability leave.

Requires all other unresolved mandatory collective bargaining issues for 2017-2018 to be resolved consistent with personnel rules in effect April 1, 2017, and by maintaining status quo under current collective bargaining agreements.

Effective July 1, 2017.
