Creates section 877.28 of Florida Statutes prohibiting persons denied admission to, excluded, deported, or removed from the United States from entering or residing in Florida.

Makes violation of the reentry prohibition a third-degree felony punishable under existing Florida sentencing statutes.

Exempts persons who obtained express consent from the United States Attorney General to reapply for admission outside the United States before returning.

Exempts persons previously denied admission and removed who establish they were not required to obtain advance consent under federal law.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
