Amends section 98.075, Florida Statutes to create a public records exemption for information received by the Department of State from other states or the District of Columbia that is confidential or exempt under their own laws

Exempts such information from public records requirements under section 119.07(1) and Florida Constitution Article I, section 24(a)

Requires the Department of State to provide the exempt information to county supervisors of elections to conduct voter registration list maintenance activities

Makes the exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals it on October 2, 2023, unless the Legislature reenacts it

Takes effect contingent upon CS/HB 85 or similar legislation becoming law in the same 2018 legislative session
