Define "patriotic society" as youth groups listed in Title 36, U.S.C., including Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the United States of America, and their affiliated Florida groups and councils.

Require district school boards to allow patriotic society representatives the opportunity to speak to students during school hours and distribute instructional materials to encourage participation.

Require patriotic societies to provide at least 60 days' written notice to the school district and principal of intent to speak to students.

Require school principals to schedule a specific day and time for the presentation within 15 days of receiving notice and within the next 45 school days.

Limit patriotic society presentations to a maximum of 10 minutes of instructional time.
