Authorizes Florida Retirement System retirees whose retirement was effective before July 1, 2010, to be reemployed by state-administered retirement system employers while receiving both retirement benefits and compensation.

Allows retirees to be reemployed by Florida Retirement System employers before the standard 12-month waiting period if employed on a part-time basis and not qualified to receive retirement benefits during the 12-month period after reemployment.

Establishes specific reemployment provisions for district school boards (1-month waiting period for substitute/hourly positions), Florida College System institutions (780-hour limit in first 12 months), State University System (780-hour limit in first 12 months), Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, developmental research schools, and charter schools.

Requires retirees and employers who violate reemployment limitations to reimburse the retirement trust fund; violations result in suspended benefits until repayment is made.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
