Authorizes domestic and foreign limited liability companies, corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships to submit biennial (every 2 years) reports to the Florida Department of State instead of annual reports

Establishes biennial report filing fees at double the annual rates: $100 for LLCs (vs $50 annual), $122.50 for corporations (vs $61.25 annual), $822.50 for limited partnerships (vs $411.25 annual), and $50 for limited liability partnerships (vs $25 annual)

Creates a biennial supplemental corporate fee of $177.50 (double the $88.75 annual fee) applicable to LLCs, corporations, and limited partnerships required to file reports with the Department of State

Authorizes the Department of State to escrow revenues collected from biennial report filing fees and biennial supplemental corporate fees until October 1 of the following fiscal year to annualize the revenue

Takes effect July 1, 2018
