Exempts firesafety system plans held by agencies from public records disclosure, including records, photographs, diagrams, threat assessments, threat response plans, emergency evacuation plans, and training manuals related to physical security or firesafety.

Applies exemption to firesafety system information for properties owned or leased by the state, political subdivisions, and privately owned/leased property in agency possession.

Allows disclosure of exempted information only to property owners/leaseholders, other agencies in furtherance of official duties, or upon court order showing good cause.

Exempts portions of public meetings that would reveal firesafety system plans from open meetings requirements under Florida Statutes sections 286.011 and 286.0113.

Exemptions subject to sunset review and automatic repeal on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature; exemptions apply retroactively to plans held before, on, or after the effective date.
