Amends Florida Statutes section 550.2415 to establish that a positive test result for anabolic steroids in a racing greyhound constitutes a violation of the racing regulations.

Makes it illegal for a greyhound to have anabolic steroids present based on samples taken before or immediately after racing.

Maintains confidentiality of test results, animal identities, and trainer and owner information for 10 days after all samples collected on a particular day have been tested and results reported to the division director or administrative action has begun.

Takes effect on July 1, 2018.
