Amends section 465.027, Florida Statutes to revise the pharmacy regulation exception for manufacturers and distributors of dialysis drugs and supplies.

Allows manufacturers or third-party logistics providers holding active permits under chapter 499 to distribute dialysate, drugs, or devices for home renal dialysis without pharmacy licensure when these products are FDA-approved or cleared and delivered in original sealed packaging.

Permits distribution to patients with chronic kidney failure for self-administration or to health care practitioners and institutions for administration of dialysis therapy, provided a physician's order is received.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
