Creates section 800.101, Florida Statutes to prohibit authority figures (persons 18+ employed by, volunteering at, or under contract with schools) from soliciting or engaging in sexual conduct or lewd conduct with students

Defines "school" to include private schools, public schools, voluntary pre-K programs, early learning programs, the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, and Florida Virtual School, but excludes adult-only educational facilities

Establishes violation of the sexual conduct or lewd conduct prohibition as a second-degree felony, punishable under existing felony sentencing provisions

Amends section 810.097 to add school buses to the definition of "school" for purposes of trespass laws

Takes effect October 1, 2018
