Creates section 627.6411 requiring health insurance policies covering prescription eye drops for chronic eye disease to provide coverage for refills meeting specific timing conditions.

Allows refills dispensed no earlier than the 24th day after a 30-day supply, 48th day after a 60-day supply, or 72nd day after a 90-day supply is dispensed, and only if the original prescription authorizes additional quantities.

Applies prescription eye drop refill benefits to the same deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and cost-sharing provisions as other prescription drug benefits.

Extends eye drop refill coverage requirements to group health insurance, blanket health insurance, and franchise health insurance under section 627.662.

Applies identical eye drop refill coverage requirements to health maintenance contracts under section 641.31, effective July 1, 2018.
