Amends Florida Statutes section 932.7061 to change the annual reporting deadline for law enforcement agencies from December 1 to October 10 regarding seized or forfeited property under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act

Requires law enforcement agencies to submit annual reports in electronic form to the Department of Law Enforcement and to the entity with budgetary authority over the agency

Reports must document receipts and expenditures of forfeited property and proceeds, including property type, approximate value, court case number, type of offense, property disposition, and amounts received or expended

Takes effect July 1, 2018
