Abrogates the scheduled October 1, 2018 repeal of section 683.231, allowing the citizen support organization for Florida Missing Children's Day to continue operating indefinitely.

Expands the "Project Leo" missing persons pilot project from five specific counties to all centers for autism and related disabilities at state universities statewide.

Requires personal devices used in the project to be attachable to clothing or otherwise worn, distributed by county sheriff's offices in conjunction with respective centers.

Specifies that each center shall select participants based on elopement risk on a first-come, first-served basis, with participation voluntary and free of charge within existing resources.

Extends the project expiration date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019, with an effective date of July 1, 2018.
