Revises the definition of "marksense ballots" to include ballots created through voter interface devices that designate selections on a sheet of paper.

Requires supervisors of elections to obtain monthly lists of potential jurors and persons who identified themselves as aliens from circuit court clerks, and compare this information with the statewide voter registration system.

Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to furnish monthly lists of persons who identified themselves as aliens to the Department of State, which must compare the list with voter registration records and notify county election supervisors of any registered voters who are aliens.

Prohibits organizations working with election supervisors to recruit poll workers from placing signage or paraphernalia within 100 feet of polling places or early voting sites.

Prohibits supervisors of elections from paying entities or individuals on behalf of entities for poll worker services, and prohibits poll workers recruited by organizations from wearing items bearing their organization's name or logo within 100 feet of polling locations during early voting and election day.

Effective date: July 1, 2018.
